What We Look For

Requirements to join the pack

We maintain the highest standards so residents and their pets receive exceptional care. Here’s what we need from our walkers.

Background Check

All walkers undergo a comprehensive background check — criminal history, identity verification, and reference check. We cover the cost. This ensures every building and resident can trust our team completely.

Dog Handling Experience

At least 1 year of professional or demonstrable dog walking, pet sitting, or animal care experience. We need walkers who understand dog body language, group dynamics, and breed-specific behavior.

Minimum 1 year required

Certifications & Training

Pet first aid and CPR certification is strongly preferred. Fear-free handling, CPDT-KA, or other professional credentials are a plus. Don’t have them yet? We offer subsidized training for accepted walkers.

Physical Fitness & Reliability

You’ll walk up to 4 dogs at once in all weather conditions. Must be 18+, physically able to manage group walks safely, and committed to a consistent schedule. Punctuality is non-negotiable in luxury buildings.
