We offer a no-cost trial period for your building. During the pilot, residents can sign up for walks at regular pricing — but there's zero cost to the building or management company. We handle everything: marketing to residents, scheduling, staffing walkers, and billing. If it's not a fit, you cancel with no strings attached.

Almost none. We need about 30 minutes of your time for initial setup — sharing access procedures, introducing us to relevant staff, and approving a brief resident announcement. After that, PawPack runs autonomously. Your dedicated account manager handles everything day-to-day.

No. All PawPack walkers are fully insured and bonded. We carry comprehensive general liability insurance and professional animal care coverage. We also follow building-specific protocols for access, elevators, and common areas — all coordinated with your team in advance.

Your dedicated account manager is the single point of contact for any issues. We resolve complaints directly with residents, so your leasing team isn't involved. We also collect feedback after every walk to proactively identify and fix problems before they reach you.

Every PawPack walker goes through a multi-step vetting process: background check, reference verification, in-person interview, and a supervised trial period. We also carry out ongoing quality reviews based on resident feedback, GPS data, and photo/video documentation.

Absolutely. During onboarding, we work with your team to establish specific access protocols — designated entry/exit points, elevator usage rules, approved walking routes, and any restricted areas. Our walkers are trained on your building's specific procedures.

If residents love the service (they usually do), PawPack simply continues as an ongoing amenity. There's still no cost to the building — residents pay for their own walk subscriptions. You can pause or discontinue the service at any time with 30 days' notice.
